Here are five things to take away from last night's speech. A massive Russian convoy headed towards Kyiv has stalled due to food and fuel shortages. The 40-mile convoy hasn't made much progress since Monday. The U.S. has said it would not change its nuclear alert levels in response to Putin's orders to his nuclear forces.
