Board of Economic Advisors forecasts $4.6 billion surplus In anticipation of higher revenue collections than previously forecasted, the S.C. Board of Economic Advisors has increased revenue estimates for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 by an additional $4.628 billion (.pdf) in recurring and nonrecurring revenue. The 22.5% increase is based on fiscal year growth in sales, individual income and corporate income tax.
