At 16, she drove drunk and killed a man. At 24, cops say she did it again.
Five years ago in a Tampa courtroom, a teenage girl admitted she was drunk early one morning and had blown through a red light, slamming into another car and killing the driver.

She admitted she’d made a terrible mistake and vowed to become a better person.

A judge gave her five years in prison.
