MATT GAETZ SEEMS TO MAKE LIGHT OF SEX ALLEGATIONS Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) appeared to reference the sex allegations against him during a rally with QAnon conspiracy theory-endorsing Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in Florida. CHINA SAYS ROCKET DEBRIS BURNED UP ON REENTRY China's space agency said most of the debris from its biggest rocket burned up above the Maldives in the Indian Ocean upon reentry early Sunday. "An ocean reentry was always statistically the most likely. It appears China won its gamble … But it was still reckless," said Harvard astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell. [AP]
4-YEAR-OLD AMONG 3 HIT BY STRAY BULLETS IN TIMES SQUARE A 4-year-old girl was among three people shot in New York City's Times Square on Saturday after a fight broke out between several people, police said. All three are believed to have been bystanders and were taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The 4-year-old required surgery. FACEBOOK WAS RIGHT TO BAN TRUMP, SAYS BOARD MEMBER Michael McConnell, a co-chair of Facebook's independent Oversight Board, strongly defended the decision to uphold a ban on Trump, saying the former president clearly violated rules when he "egged on" the Capitol mob as lawmakers "cowered in fear" for their lives. The Board said Facebook must reexamine its indefinite suspension on Trump within six months. [HuffPost]
