Authorities acted on a tip after a reward was offered and found the suspect hiding in a closet under a pile of laundry in a Conroe, Texas, home. Here's what you need to know. WE'RE ALSO WATCHING  The U.S. and Mexico have agreed on a new policy to deter migrants from entering the U.S. illegally after COVID restrictions end on May 11th. President Joe Biden is also sending another 1,500 U.S. troops to the border to help patrol what is expected to be a surge in migrants next week.   Senate Democrats are clashing with Supreme Court justices, demanding that they have a code of ethics after media sources have reported undisclosed financial dealings involving Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch. All nine justices released a joint statement rejecting congressional oversight of the judicial branch.    Television talk shows went dark Tuesday night as the first Hollywood writers' strike in 15 years is underway.
