Public health officials wary of possible COVID spike this summer in Southern Nevada

A summer COVID-19 wave might be on the horizon for Southern Nevada, although local experts say it likely will be more calm than past years. “COVID is very hard to predict,” said Kimberly Franich, a communicable disease manager at the Southern Nevada Health District.
