Stop these neurotoxic pesticides

spraying pesticides

Green American, help ban neurotoxic pesticides

Organophosphates are a widely used class of pesticides commonly found in our drinking water and on our produce, including leafy greens, berries, and fruits.

Organophosphates are acutely neurotoxic. They can cause:

  • Headaches
  • Nausea
  • Dizziness
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Seizures
  • Reduced IQ
  • Autism
  • Attention deficit disorders

At very high exposures, these pesticides can cause seizures and death.

The Environmental Protection Agency missed its October 2022 deadline to act. However, the EPA has a legal and moral obligation to protect us. We must not stay silent as our agriculture continues to be doused in these chemicals, contaminating our water sources and affecting our health.

Tell the EPA to ban these dangerous pesticides.

For people and the planet,
