| What a great start to Reason Foundation’s annual Webathon! Right out of the gate a generous donor kicked a $100,000 matching grant into the mix, and within a day, hundreds of donors dogpiled onto the challenge and made sure that we’d be collecting that extra hundred grand.
But wait! There’s more!
With the success of the first challenge, a second donor told us that he has another $100,000 with our name on it—IF our friends can come up with the money to match it. So Match #2 is on!
Your investment in Reason makes a huge difference in our ability to produce important investigative journalism, outstanding videos, boisterous podcasts, informative newsletters, and a ton of fantastic, freedom-minded content. I hope you’ll tune in today to the annual “Ask Us Anything” edition of The Reason Roundtable, where my fellow editors Nick Gillespie, Matt Welch, Peter Suderman, and I will gently advance world peace while handling your snarky inquiries with kid gloves and kisses.
There are some pretty cool donation-related tchotchkes on offer at various giving levels, including Reason stress balls, digital subscriptions, calendars, NPR-style tote bags, and opportunities to interact personally with the persons whose journalistic personages you have come to know and love. You can get the skinny on swag at the donation page.
Thank you for helping Reason produce high-quality journalism about the vital role that free minds and free markets play in making a better world. Thank you for stopping by Reason.com to consume our award winning articles and videos, and thank you for sharing our content with folks you know. Our audience is growing because of you, and I really appreciate your investment in our work. Please make a donation today—and let’s light this match on fire! 🔥
Regards, Katherine

P.S. Do you pay taxes? Ew. Reason is a 501(c)(3), which can be a perk for some sweet 2022 tax savings if you’re donating some of your hard-earned cash money. For bonus irony, if you donate $500 you can choose a “Taxation Is Theft” tote bag. What are you waiting for? Do it now! |
