In less than three weeks the Biden administration will lose its authority to expel migrants, which could cause an even greater influx. Here's what you need to know. President Biden argued a strike could devastate the nation's economy.   A federal appeals court panel has rejected former President Donald Trump's lawsuit asking for an outside review of the FBI's search of his Mar-a-Lago home. The panel gave him a week to appeal to the full 11th Circuit or to the Supreme Court before their ruling takes effect.   Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud Party signed an agreement with the Religious Zionist Party Thursday, bringing Netanyahu one step closer to forming a majority government. Likud must come to terms with just two more parties to present a government to the Knesset.   The Supreme Court decided Thursday to hear the Biden administration's case for restoring its student loan debt relief plan. Arguments in the case are scheduled for February, but the plan will not be implemented in the meantime.    New Twitter CEO Elon Musk met with Apple CEO Tim Cook Wednesday and tweeted that the controversy between the two communications giants is resolved.
