PlayStation games certainly seem to be a hit with PC gamers, and the trend of releasing more Sony titles on PC shows no signs of slowing down. One of the advantages of playing on PC is increased graphical performance, and another is frequent discounts direct from Steam or third-party sellers. For instance, right now you can get God of War for just $23.31 ($26.68 off) at Eneba with promo code BOY at checkout. This meme of a promo code was discovered by the savvy community at Slickdeals, and it brings the PC version of God of War down to its best price available. It's a good time to catch up on Sony Santa Monica Studio's epic, as God of War Ragnarok is due out on PS4 and PS5 in early November. Plus, you can even play this version on a Steam Deck. |

| Amazon's next big sales event is 11 days away, but there are already great discounts on Amazon-owned Eero products. For example, the Eero Pro 6E is currently on sale for $179 ($120 off) for a single router. It's the company's highest-end router that can blanket up to 2,000 square feet in Wi-Fi 6 signal by itself. It also features two ethernet ports and, notably, a dedicated 6GHz band — in addition to 2.4GHz and 5GHz — that'll let supported devices have their own channel for intensive high-bandwidth use cases. While our resident smart home reviewer Jennifer Pattison Tuohy ran into a couple issues with reliability in her review, the Eero Pro 6E is enticing if you have Wi-Fi 6E-compatible devices or want to ensure you're futureproof. |

Amazon is discounting the 256GB / Wi-Fi configuration of the 2022 iPad Air to $679 (usually $749) in space gray, or purple. This matches the lowest price we've seen on the 2022 model of the 10.9-inch iPad Air that has the M1 processor. This lightweight tablet offers excellent performance and is capable of lasting all day on a single charge. Sure, it doesn't have extra-fancy features like a Mini LED display or the Face ID function from the iPad Pro (the Air has a Touch ID sensor integrated into its power button), but we still think the iPad Air is a great value. If you have the money, it's a big upgrade over the base iPad as well as the iPad Mini, and not nearly as pricey as the various iPad Pro options. Read our review. |

The latest iPad Air retains the iPad Pro-esque redesign of the 2020 model but does away with the A14 Bionic processor in favor of Apple's lightning-fast M1 chip. It also comes in one of five colors and boasts a 12MP front-facing camera with support for Apple's Center Stage feature. |

All this talk of Amazon, and it's also worth mentioning that one of its announcements this week was that the Echo Studio smart speaker would be getting a free software update for better-sounding audio sometime in the near future (and that a white-colored Studio is coming soon). So, it might be a prime opportunity to get this bundle that includes an Echo Studio (normally $199.99 by itself) paired with an Echo Sub subwoofer for just $247.49. Note: this deal is only for Prime subscribers, and the bundled savings total $82.49. The Echo Studio debuted in 2019, and it's known in the Echo family of devices for its high-end audio that can deliver music and double as a Dolby Atmos home theater speaker when paired to a Fire TV device. With the Echo Sub paired, it'll round out the sound with some low-end bass. Read our review of the Echo Studio. |
