Bowman Industrial Center, a 677,160-square-foot facility at the intersection of interstates 26 and 95. Mediterranean-inspired bar, restaurant opens  The restaurant and bar opened earlier this month in the former Fulton Five building in downtown Charleston. Bar167 opened at 5 Fulton St. and is the newest venture from 167 Hospitality, a well-known restaurant group in Charleston and Nantucket, Mass. New attainable housing development coming to Columbia Midtown at Bullstreet, a new 90-unit attainable housing rental apartment complex, will soon be under construction at the BullStreet District in downtown Columbia. New tenant coming to Trenholm Plaza A third popular national retailer is coming to Trenholm Plaza in Forest Acres.
