The Pixel Buds Pro are on sale at Wellbots for $180 through September 18th when you use promo code VERGE10 at checkout. That's about a $20 savings on Google's excellent buds, which offer active noise cancellation, great battery life, and multipoint connectivity. The deal covers three of the four available colors the Pixel Buds Pro are offered in: charcoal, fog, and lemongrass (the best color, obviously). Whichever you pick, you get a white case that charges wirelessly or via USB-C. Google's premium earbuds are the prime choice for anyone using a Pixel phone and will also work great on Samsung phones and other Android devices. Their transparency mode might not rival other high-end wireless earbuds out there, including Apple's AirPods Pro, but they make up for it with hands-free Google Assistant integration and a more affordable price point. Google's Pixel Buds Pro are the company's first earbuds to include active noise cancellation. But that's not the only thing that makes them Google's best buds yet: the Pixel Buds Pro combine impressive sound, great battery life, and good comfort — all without the connection issues of earlier models. Best of all, Wellbots is currently offering 10 percent off of the Pixel Buds Pro when you use promo code VERGE10 at checkout. |

The Beats Fit Pro earbuds have integrated wing tips that help keep them secure during runs and workouts. They also have excellent noise cancellation, and their sound has just the right amount of bass and kick to keep you motivated. |

Smart home gadget maker Arlo is running a late back-to-school sale on its site until September 18th. The sale encompasses a wide range of its home security cameras, video doorbells, and, in particular, its excellent floodlight camera. But as we've seen with Arlo sales in the past, Amazon is undercutting the deal to sweeten it further. This means you can get the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Cam in white for $193.99 ($56 off). If you prefer the stealthy black model, it unfortunately costs the same $229.99 sale price you can find at Best Buy and Arlo's own site. Arlo's Pro 3 Floodlight Cam is a compact yet exceptional outdoor cam. It produces a lot of light to illuminate your yard or driveway, and it's compatible with all major smart home ecosystems — including Apple's HomeKit. It's that flexibility that earned it the rank of the best floodlight security camera for any smart home in our buying guide. However, keep in mind that unlocking Apple HomeKit compatibility and some further features requires the $99.99 Arlo Pro SmartHub add-on. |

The Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera has the best video quality, the most versatile installation options, and will easily light up your yard despite its (more) diminutive size. It also works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, and Apple HomeKit. It's expensive, though, especially when you add continual power and pay for smart alerts and video recording. |

Both the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros are $400 off in various configurations |
Speaking of Apple users, the latest sale prices on the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro processor are absolutely fantastic, especially if you're a power user or creative. Right now, you can get multiple versions of the 2021 model for $400 off. The 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro in its base configuration normally costs $1,999 with a 512GB SSD and 16GB of RAM, but it's currently just $1,599 at Best Buy. Even in that entry-level model, the 14-inch MacBook Pro is an incredibly capable machine for photographers, videographers, designers, and other creatives. The port selection on it and its 16-inch sibling is the best that Apple has offered in years, and includes MagSafe charging that frees up one of its three Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI-out, and a full-size SD card reader. The 16-inch model has all of that, plus a bigger screen (though both sizes have a notch like older iPhones). It normally starts at $2,499 with a 10-core M1 Pro CPU, 512GB SSD, and 16GB of RAM, but you can buy it right now for $2,099 at Best Buy and Amazon. If these configurations of either the 14- or 16-inch models don't have enough storage for you, the Best Buy listings allow you to step up to 1TB and still reap the same $400 savings. With our recent redesign comes a heaping of new merch. Our first drop is stocked with four T-shirt designs and three stickers. You can tag your stuff with our new wordmark on a transfer sticker or cover up your Apple logos with our holographic V logo, which looks straight out of the future. The shirt designs are sleek and fun, allowing you set sail on our USB Sea "flagship" or pick from light or dark modes (or both, though, auto-switching is unsupported at this time). And then there's my personal favorite, the black-on-gray logo tee, which feels elevated and metal AF at the same time. |

The Blackout Logo Tee features our new triangle logo in a monochromatic, black-on-gray design. It's printed on a Bella + Canvas cotton / poly blend shirt and available in sizes from XS to 5XL. |

Some more great deals to check out |
- GameFly is running one of its pre-owned blowout sales, and it's worth perusing through the catalog for deals on used games like Elden Ring for the PS5 ($34.99) and Mario Strikers: Battle League for the Nintendo Switch ($34.99).
- Those earbud deals up top are great, but what if you want some buds on a much, much tighter budget? Well, how about just $34.99 for wireless neckbuds? Woot is still selling the Beats Flex for roughly half off right now when you use code FLEXIT at checkout for an additional $5 off. They're not as fancy as true wireless earbuds since they have hardware that hangs around your neck, but they have excellent battery life, USB-C charging, and are great for working out. Read our review.
- The original Apple Pencil is down to an all-time low of $69.99 (about $29 off) at Amazon. The last-gen stylus may not be as sleek as the second-gen model that charges while magnetically docked to the side of your tablet, but it's a great value if you have a compatible iPad. The current entry-level (read: ninth-gen) model is one example among many that support it.
- Woot has new stock of unlocked Google Pixel 5 phones, which are on sale for $399.99 ($300 off its original price when it launched in 2020). This is still an excellent phone for using Android 13, though it may see its final updates in October 2023. Read our review.
The Turtle Beach Recon controller for Xbox and PC is $44.95 ($15 off) at Amazon and Target right now. This wired, USB-C controller is excellent for playing online shooters thanks to its programmable rear buttons and advanced audio features, which allow you to better hear enemy footsteps.
