The court said the Biden administration can end a Trump-era policy that required asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their cases are decided. However, the court also undercut Biden's climate change efforts. Here's what you need to know.     Due to the Independence Day holiday, there will be no QuickStart on July 4th. Meanwhile, a Florida judge temporarily blocked a Republican-led ban on abortions after 15 weeks.    Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid is now the country's caretaker prime minister after Israel's parliament voted to disband and set new elections for Nov. 1.    Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday defended his crackdown on Hong Kong and urged citizens to rally around his vision of a unified China during a speech marking 25 years since Beijing regained control of the former British colony.    Russian strikes on residential buildings in the Ukrainian port city of Odessa killed at least 18 people today. The attack came after Ukraine drove Russian forces out of Snake Island in the Black Sea, potentially weakening Moscow's control over shipping lanes for grain.   Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was sworn in yesterday as the nation's first black woman to sit on the Supreme Court.
