Just wow! It's a pretty impressive undertaking.    With nearly 50 shops and restaurants, it's one of the largest shipping container parks in the country. And with close to 30 restaurants slated to open at the park, it's bound to be the area's next big dining destination.    What I loved the most about the park was the eclectic mix of restaurants and the diversity of the vendors. The dining hub features a collection of different cuisines and culinary concepts, including a Japanese ramen spot, a classic French bakery, a Puerto Rican pastry shop, a restaurant specializing in Peruvian and Chinese fusion and a spot for Venezuelan street food, among so many others. The options are endless.    Another cool thing? The park is wet-zoned, so you can grab a drink and stroll while you dine and shop.    For everything to know — and a full rundown of what you'll be eating and drinking — check out our story here.  RESTAURANT RADAR [ Courtesy of Where's Jubes ] G'day, Jubes! It's been a long, long time coming, but Where's Jubes, the Australian brewpub and restaurant from owner Josh Cameron, is finally opening this week in downtown St. Petersburg.    Except that it's not quite a brewpub just yet.    Cameron, like so many other business owners right now, came up against a long list of holdups when working to rehab, renovate and open his new concept. The building on the corner of Central Avenue and Third Street N has remained boarded up and shuttered since late 2019.    Part of the problem hinged on the fact that Cameron closed the previous business in that spot (Lucky Dill Deli) before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. While he received relief funding to help keep his other businesses afloat, he didn't get any for the new joint.  And he still owed rent.   Couple those financial setbacks with the ongoing labor shortages, supply chain setbacks and a shipment of Australian hops (currently still stuck somewhere at the Port of Los Angeles) and well, the current version of Where's Jubes is looking a little bit different than originally imagined.    But it will get there, Cameron is sure of it.    For now, the spot will be operating as a cocktail bar and craft beer hub. He's still waiting on a federal brewing license and those missing hops to kickstart the brewing process, which he hopes will happen sometime next month. (In the meantime, I spotted some Cigar City and Greenbench options on the list, so imbibers needn't worry too much.)     I spoke with Cameron this week about what guests can expect right now — and a few months from now — as the spot evolves.    Growing up in the Columbia: Columbia Restaurant owner Richard Gonzmart loves to tell a good story. Here's a Q&A with the fourth generation owner of the legendary Ybor City restaurant.    I.C. Sharks debuts outdoor bar: The popular fish and seafood market off Gandy Boulevard recently launched a new outdoor bar featuring a seafood menu with dishes like smoked mahi spread, peel-and-eat shrimp and ahi tuna bowls. Plus there's beer, wine and mixed drinks. So the next time you're out shopping for seafood and need a little pick-me-up, this is the spot.  WHAT I'M EATING RIGHT NOW Brunch at Wild Child Sure, you know dinner at this St. Petersburg gem is always a knockout. But may I suggest you swing by for brunch very soon (that is, if you haven't yet already)?    I stopped by last weekend with a couple of girlfriends who were visiting from out of town and was thrilled to find an entirely new menu of dishes to try out.    Much fun was had. Many Aperol Spritzes were consumed. The food was just as wonderful as I remembered.    For die-hard fans of some of their more popular dinner offerings, fret not: The tuna tostadas and Korean-fried chicken sandwich are still there. For everyone else looking to try something new, check out the following:  Potato latkes: Golden-fried, crispy, chewy, salty and creamy — get a good bite of all of the elements on the plate  (potatoes, crema, dill and chives). Whatever you do, don't skip the optional caviar "bumps".  Turkish eggs: I am a savory yogurt gal — always have been, always will be. With that said, this dish was obviously made for me. The perfectly poached eggs arrived resting on a bed of thick-strained garlicky yogurt, drizzled with chile crisp and showered with fresh dill and chives. The dish came served with crusty slices of sourdough toast for dipping (a must) and tasty home fries.   Aperol Spritz: Somewhere along the way, I had a bad Aperol Spritz and wrote the cocktail off entirely. How silly of me! Not all spritzes are created equal and there's a lot of bad sparkling wine out there, which can pretty much ruin the drink. This weekend, the buzzy cocktail was back in full force, and the version at Wild Child was one of my favorites.
