Title IX prohibits federally funded educational institutions from discriminating against students or employees based on sex. The Biden administration wants to make major changes that could affect the definition of gender. That would allow biological males into locations meant for females including locker rooms, dormitories, and restrooms. Supporters say it's about expanding rights for students, but critics say it will destroy women's sports, privacy and more.
