Kidambi was associated with Solibad, a non-profit group that comprised the biggest badminton stars who helped make badminton accessible to underprivileged children around the world. Kidambi posted several videos in support of the organisation.
Kidambi is a part of Nandan Kamath's Go Sports programme, which helps sportspersons who lack the resources to achieve their goals and dreams. The organisation is set up by Nandan Kamath, a sports lawyer, in Bangalore.
Kidambi has also set up his very own badminton foundation in Andhra Pradesh which is listed as a non-profit organisation. He looks to help children and young athletes achieve their goals through the organisation.
