Put yourself first It is not a self-centered act; it simply means and shows others in your life that you care about yourself! Do what is best for you at the moment. & since we are in an interconnected relationship with friends, family, and at the workplace, saying no, saying later, and saying I will do it throughout the day will give you time to breathe and protect your mental health. Putting yourself first does not mean ignoring our responsibilities and does not mean neglecting our obligations; it simply means knowing the priorities while including ourselves as one!
