Jackson Women's Health Organization, the Mississippi case that was recently argued by our partners at Center for Reproductive Rights before the Supreme Court, will determine whether we have any federal constitutional right to abortion at all.   And meanwhile the Supreme Court also recently shrugged its shoulders for a third time by not putting an end to Texas' extreme abortion ban. The Court's ruling means countless Texans will be forced to carry pregnancies against their will. And its impact will stretch far beyond with politicians across the country preparing similar bounty-hunting abortion bans.   We're in unprecedented times. Full stop. But we're preparing to fight back against these dangerous attempts to take away our ability to control our lives and futures while we continue to litigate our many ongoing abortion lawsuits around the country – building on the 20 abortion bans and restrictions that we blocked this past year alone.   And beyond our powerful legal strategies, we will also continue to push forward our advocacy and mobilization efforts in Congress and in statehouses nationwide to protect abortion care from the dire threat it now faces.   This is a high stakes moment.
