Share with a friend: TODAY'S HEADLINES  |  July 20, 2021 Chicago distributor acquires Greenville beverage company Reyes Beer Division, the catalyst for the ninth largest privately held company in the country, Reyes Holdings, is returning home through its acquisition of a legacy Greenville beverage distributor. Reyes' co-founder, a Wofford graduate, got his start fresh out of college with a small beer distribution facility in Spartanburg. Combination of factors fueling residential real estate frenzy Record-low inventory is driving demand for residential real estate to unprecedented heights. Industry insiders report buyers purchasing homes sight unseen and for thousands above asking price.  Hot Properties Colliers' Greyson Furnas and Dillon Swayngim represented the landlord in the lease of about 2,000 square feet of retail space at 198 W. Main St. in Spartanburg to Konnichiwa Sushi, Steak & Seafood for the opening of their fifth restaurant location in South Carolina.
