New Therapy Technique Holds Promise For Lincoln Hills. Reformers Say Youth Prisons Still Need To Close.

A new therapy technique at Wisconsin's Lincoln Hills youth prison holds the promise of making the facility safer for both guards and youth. DHS Reports 805 New COVID-19 Cases, 8 New Deaths
