A culture that glories in its impenetrability, that sees virtue in misleading: to someone proposing to write a nonfiction account embracing many of the most controversial episodes in Rwandan history, it posed a bit of a challenge. Recommended, I will continue reading, and this one is likely to make the "best non-fiction of the year" list.
