Tuesday, April 13 RAGE OUTSIDE MINNEAPOLIS A police officer who fatally shot Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, during a traffic stop near Minneapolis on Sunday was likely trying to shock him with a stun gun when she mistakenly used her firearm, Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon said.
