How to Pick the Right Laptop for Your Needs

Read in Browser

March 12, 2021

Happy Friday! So, I have a plan. I’m going to need roughly 19.5 million people—you and your closest friends and family—to chip in one dollar each. Then, we can buy our own private island in the Bahamas, which will go up for auction later this month. There’s just one downside: I’m not sure all 19.5 million of us will fit on the island at one time, so we’ll have to figure out some sort of schedule. Shouldn’t be that hard, right?

Okay, so maybe buying an island isn’t the best idea, but you know what is a good idea? Buying a laptop. You know what’s also hard? Buying a laptop. If you don’t know exactly what you want, choosing the right one can be challenging. But you know who’s got your back? We do. Today, we’re talking about everything you need to know before buying a laptop. Seriously—everything.

What to Look for in a Laptop

Laptops offer the functionality of full-sized computers in a compact, portable package. But they aren’t one-size-fits-all. At just $10, you need to add this thing to your record collection ASAP. Read More »

Piper’s STEM Kit Embraces Raspberry Pi Pico With Drag and Drop Coding Lessons

When we reviewed Piper’s STEM-based computer kit, we came away incredibly impressed with the lessons it taught but saddened by the expensive $300 asking price. Let This Essential Oil Diffuser Help You Relax and Unwind

There’s plenty of things to be stressed over, but there’s also plenty of ways to wind down and relax. With this essential oil diffuser, you can enjoy aromatherapy in any room in your house, as it releases a consistent scent of your choosing. With a single fill, it’ll last for 11-15 hours in low mode, or 6-10 hours in high mode, and you won’t have to keep refilling it. The diffuser runs whisper quiet, so as not to distract you while you work or sleep, and can automatically shut off via a set timer or just seconds after it runs out of water. And best of all? Its pretty design and colors make it look like art in your home, not an appliance.
